This function checks if a player can see the specified textdisplay.
Syntax
bool textDisplayIsObserver ( textdisplay display, player thePlayer )Required Arguments
- display: The textdisplay .
- thePlayer: The player .
Returns
- bool: value
Return true if textdisplay is showing, or false if not.
