This function sets the state of wheels on the vehicle.

Syntax
bool setVehicleWheelStates ( vehicle theVehicle, int frontLeft, [ int rearLeft = -1, int frontRight = -1, int rearRight = -1 ] )Required Arguments
- theVehicle: MISSING_PARAM_DESC
- frontLeft: MISSING_PARAM_DESC
Optional Arguments
NOTE: When using optional arguments, you might need to supply all arguments before the one you wish to use.
- rearLeft (default: -1): MISSING_PARAM_DESC
- frontRight (default: -1): MISSING_PARAM_DESC
- rearRight (default: -1): MISSING_PARAM_DESC
Returns
- bool: value
Returns a boolean value true or false that tells you if it was successful or not.
